Who can make use of Vigilance Service?
- Any Individual having Interest/Rights in the property.
- Any Banks/Financial Institutions/Mortgages etc in whose favour the said property has been mortgaged/Hypothecated.

To moniter the Tenant, Household Furnitures, Plumbing & other fittings. And also to check wheater they are paying electricity bill regularly or not.
How much will it Cost me for vigilance per year?
Cost of Vigilance of apartment is 9% of the total rent income.
Example: For a 2 BHK Apartment the if cost is
Rent: 50000
Therefore Cost = 50000 / 9 = 4500 INR per Month
Pay Property Management Mentainence only when it is Occupied.
